These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arisze ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Arisze platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). **By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.** If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. **Eligibility Requirements:** • You must be at least 18 years of age • You must be currently enrolled as a student at a university in Kaunas, Lithuania • You must have a valid university email address • You must not be previously banned from the Services **Account Registration:** • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information • You must verify your university email address • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You may not share your account with others • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access **Account Responsibilities:** • One person, one account • No impersonation of others • No creation of accounts for bots or automated systems • Account transfer or sale is prohibited We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: **Content Violations:** • Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content • Sharing hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment • Publishing obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material • Posting violent or threatening content **Platform Misuse:** • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services • Circumventing security features or access controls **Illegal Activities:** • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Promoting illegal activities or substances • Infringing on intellectual property rights • Engaging in fraud or scams **Spam and Abuse:** • Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements • Creating fake events or misleading bookings • Manipulating quiz scores or achievements • Abusing reporting or flagging features **Harassment:** • Stalking or threatening other users • Doxxing (sharing private information without consent) • Coordinated harassment campaigns Violation of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

**Your Content:** • You retain ownership of content you post on Arisze • By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content in connection with the Services • You represent that you have all necessary rights to post your content • You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting it **Our Content:** • The Arisze platform, including its design, features, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors • Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission **Third-Party Content:** • Some content may be provided by third parties (AI-generated quiz questions, user posts) • We are not responsible for third-party content • Third-party content does not represent our views **Copyright Infringement:** • We respect intellectual property rights • If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us at copyright@arisze.com with: - Description of the copyrighted work - Location of the infringing content - Your contact information - A statement of good faith belief - A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury - Your signature (physical or electronic)

**Event Organizers:** • You are responsible for the accuracy of event information • You must ensure events comply with university policies and local laws • You have the right to accept or reject participants • You must not discriminate based on protected characteristics • You are solely responsible for event safety and liability **Event Participants:** • Bookings are subject to organizer approval • You must attend events you book or cancel in advance • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions • You are responsible for your conduct at events **Cancellation Policy:** • Event organizers can cancel events with reasonable notice • Participants will be notified of cancellations • Participants can cancel their bookings through the platform • We are not responsible for travel costs or other expenses **Liability:** • Arisze is a platform connecting students • We are not responsible for event outcomes, safety, or disputes • Interactions between users are at your own risk • Events are not organized, supervised, or endorsed by Arisze unless explicitly stated

**Service "AS IS":** • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION • WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT **No Liability for User Conduct:** • We are not responsible for user behavior or content • We do not verify user identities beyond email verification • We do not conduct background checks on users **LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:** • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARISZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED €100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER • THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY **Exclusions:** • We are not liable for: - Personal injury or property damage from events - Lost opportunities or data - User disputes or conflicts - Third-party actions or content - Force majeure events Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arisze, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity • Your content posted on the platform • Events you organize or attend • Your interactions with other users • Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and these Terms. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you will not settle any claim without our prior written consent.

**Arisze Trademarks:** • "Arisze" and our logos are trademarks owned by us • You may not use our trademarks without written permission • Unauthorized use may violate trademark and copyright laws **Platform Rights:** • All software, algorithms, and technical infrastructure are our proprietary property • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling is prohibited • Any improvements or suggestions you provide become our property **AI-Generated Content:** • Quiz questions generated by AI are owned by Arisze • AI content is for personal, non-commercial use only • You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute AI content **License to Use Services:** • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services • This license is revocable and may be terminated at any time **DMCA Compliance:** • We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act • Copyright holders may submit takedown notices • We will respond to valid DMCA notices as required by law
